Calling all Metro fans — on September 13th we’ll be hosting our 2024/2025 Season Launch Party, and you’re invited!
Starting at 6PM you can join our celebration in the lobby for on theme cocktails, an online auction, a colouring contest, photo ops, Dawg Gone It Food Truck, and more!
At 7PM we’ll all gather in the auditorium to take both a look back and a look ahead at our programming, including a sneak peak at all the brand new guest programming series, concluding with a screening of The Truman Show.
And then at 9:30PM, you’re also invited to the afterparty screening of American Genre Film’s: Hey Folks! It’s The Intermission Time Mixtape—a haunted found-footage ode to moviegoing and the snack bar, featuring a series of six magical VHS compilations that have preserved vintage movie and drive-in ads.
Admission is by donation.
