welcome - Edmonton Arts Council

Bringing arts into the community.

The artist-in-residence program embeds local artists into different areas in Edmonton to engage with the community - be it employees and visitors at the City Clerk's office or the Edmonton Mennonite Centre For Newcomers.

This artist-in-residence initiative is sponsored by the Edmonton Arts Council as part of the City of Edmonton’s Art of Living cultural plan. The organizing committee includes representatives from the Edmonton Arts Council, the City of Edmonton and the arts community at large. If you would like to host an artist-in-residence, please contact Grants, Awards & Support Programs Director Stephen Williams (swilliams@edmontonarts.ca / 780.424.27.87, ext. 225).
