The purpose of the EAC events calendar is to promote arts and culture focussed events in Edmonton that are of interest to the general public. Artists, community groups, collectives, organizations, and venues can submit events to the EAC for possible inclusion in the calendar. Examples of events that are a good fit include single-day events, one-time special events, and annually-occurring events. This includes, but is not limited to, release parties and launches, limited-run performances, festivals, special event nights, opening night events, etc.
Events that are not a fit include, but are not limited to: events that are unrelated to the arts in Edmonton, private events, recurring programming (eg, weekly open mic nights), paid classes, and AGMs.
Event submissions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and the selection and discretion is up to the EAC.
The EAC does not formally endorse any of the events or activities in the events calendar, except for those specifically hosted or organized by the EAC.

- Name of organization/host
- Name of event
- Event description (including venue accessibility information if relevant)
- Date and time of event
- Venue name and address
- Link to event
- Event cost (free, fixed price or range)
- A photo to represent your event (JPG or PNG preferred, maximum file size 3 MB)
