In partnership with the Edmonton 2‑Spirit Society/Otipemisiwak Métis Government Youth Department, we are excited to announce 2Spirit Métis Day on July 5th!
Join our Emcee, Cree Nomad, for a full day of celebration featuring live music, cultural & family activities, drag performances, a Jigging Competition, and a Community Dance!
Cultural Activities include: Finger Weaving, Fish Scale Art, Plant Dyes Workshop, Métis Floral Inspired Dot Art, Porcupine Quill Work, Yarn Tufting, and Wolf Willow Jewelry!
Jigging Competition will take place from 5 PM – 6 PM, compete for your share of $3,000 in cash prizes!~Event Details~

Rockin’ Fiddle Community Dance: 6 PM – 8 PM
Please note this is an outdoor event. Dress for the weather and bring your own lawn chair! (We will also have a water truck on site for refilling water bottles!)
