Join the 300 @ 30 Weekly Contests

This October, we’re marking 30 years of the Edmonton Arts Council and 300 public artworks in our city’s collection with a month-long celebration, and we invite you to play along with us.
For our third week’s contest, complete one of the three prompts below, and you could win a 300 @ 30 prize pack, that includes an AJA Louden colouring book! The winner will be announced on October 21 on our Instagram stories. All entries will also be added to our grand prize giveaway, announced at the beginning of November!
How to Participate

Tell us about your favourite Edmonton literary superstars!
✔ Snap a photo of a local book you love and tag @yegarts in a story or post on Instagram
✔ Don’t want to post? Just DM or email us the book title and why you love it to eacweekly@edmontonarts.ca
Looking for ideas? Check out local picks in our “Spotlight: Edmonton Reads” article or visit Paper Birch Books, Audreys Books and other local bookshops in the city.

Festival season doesn’t end with summer in Edmonton!
✔ Head to an event from LitFest Alberta, Edmonton Design Week or Edmonton Short Film Festival
✔ Snap a pic or video and tag @yegarts and the festival in your story or post on Instagram
✔ Or just DM/email us a photo at eacweekly@edmontonarts.ca
Bonus: You only need to attend one event from ONE of the three festivals to participate!

Throughout October, we’re marking 30 years of the Edmonton Arts Council and the addition of the 300th public artwork to the City of Edmonton Public Art Collection with fun and free 300 @ 30 activities and events!
Upcoming events include our 300th Public Artwork Unveiling: Meet the artist, AJA Louden on October 17 from 3:30 — 5:30 pm and LitFest: The Poetry of Public Art on October 19 from 10:30 — 11:30 am.
