How do we know what is true? How do we know what will become ​“the truth”? A playwright reads from his script with the help of a guest actor. Sounds like an ordinary night at Workshop West. But this is no ordinary staged reading. 

Performed by the author himself, My Testimonial chronicles a fictional scenario where a theatre artist is asked to prepare a witness to testify in the trial of a real Alberta crime. Or does it? The exploration of truth, illusion, and how truth can be constructed drives at the heart of one of our central experiences living in this time. An intriguing evening of theatre unlike anything else you will see this year.
