About
Join us to open the reciprocity garden. Rooted in the concept of wâhkôhtowin, a Cree word for interconnectedness, the garden is a multi-year project that brings together ideas of nature, sustainability and community care.
On May 31, we will launch the garden for the first time with an intimate program featuring a talk between our curators and local artist Justine Jenkins, a seed/seedling exchange and sketching session with the artist.
Additionally, this launch is the first collaborative project for our newest curatorial team member, Alaynee Goodwill-Littlechild, the TD Curator of Indigenous Creativity. We will begin our program with an introduction and an opportunity to meet Alaynee to learn more about her impact at the AGA.
