This concert brings together Amanda Penner, Asiah Holm, Benjamin Longman, Emmet Michael, and Lajla Jean in an evening of music connecting to the earth and our emotional experiences of climate change. This talented group of musicians is working in collaboration with PhD candidate Hannah Bayne from the Climate Change and Global Health Research Group at the University of Alberta to understand how community-based music can enhance our well-being in the face of climate change. The event will feature brand new songs from all the musicians in addition to visual arts from Zana Wensel and Theo Donovan on display. Local climate change related organizations will also be tabling at the event and there will be an opportunity to participate in research with the Climate Change and Global Health Research Group.

ASL interpreters will be provided for the concert, for speaking parts and for interpreting the music.
